Owner notes from a Johnston climate shop

Cassana HVAC LLC has served residential heating and air from Johnston since 2010 under owner Philip Mills.

Rhode Island seasons pull hard on a house - cold weeks that load the heat path, humid stretches that expose weak cooling, and shoulder weather that never lets the system settle. Cassana HVAC treats that seasonal map as part of the job.

Philip Mills runs the company from 1341 Plainfield St in Johnston. Work stays focused on heating, air conditioning, related gas piping, refrigeration, and maintenance - with findings explained before any parts conversation.
